Exercise 1

Stand up, hands-on-hips, maximum lengthening of the spine, chest open, navel inside.

Lift your leg sideways about 45 degrees 15-20 times. Perform the movement in a fluid and controlled way, avoiding moving the rest of the body.

Exercise 2

The squat is the best exercise for the thighs.

Feet open hip-width apart, arms at your sides, back straight, chest out, navel in.

Bend your legs as if you want to sit on a chair. Go down until your thigh is parallel to the floor. As you bend your legs, bring your arms forward to get rid of cellulite. Push your heels against the floor. When you go up (at the endpoint) tighten your buttocks.

Repeat 15-20 times smoothly.

Exercise 3

Lie on your right side, put your right hand under your head. Bend your left leg and place your foot behind your right knee. Slowly raise your right leg to the ceiling 10-12 times. Keep the left knee vertical.

Exercise 4

This exercise tones the glutes and back of the thigh.

Lie on your stomach, bend your knees. Hands under the forehead. Pull the navel back in.

Take your knees off the floor, count to 5 (preferably 10), support.

Repeat 6-8 times.

Exercise 5

Sitting, legs extended forward, body tilted back, support on the elbows. Chest open, shoulders away from ears.

Turn your right foot out slightly. Leg lifts 15 times. Continue with your left leg.

Exercise 6

Stand on your knees and elbows. Pay attention that the elbows are below the shoulders and the knees below the hips.

Extend right leg back, toe foot on the floor.

Straight leg raises 15 times. Don’t sink your lower back! The back remains long, the shoulders away from the ears.

Fighting cellulite with the proper diet

It will be enough if your diet consists of 2/3 fruit and vegetables . In addition, to avoid belly bloating, try to eat the fruit separately from the main meal. That is, eat the apple as a snack and not after lunch or dinner.
